A speculativel development using an innovative technology.The walls of this polystyrene house were built in a week or two. The floor planks laid directly onto and into the concrete filled cavities. Timber for the roof construction consists of laminated beams and standard trussed rafters.
For heating, the underfloor pipework will be energised by an air source heat pump and an electric boiler.
