Spice City's Residential and Retail Development

Spice city is a restaurant on Forehill in Ely. It has a car parking area which is underused. The brief called for a commercially viable proposal to take advantage of this asset.

We put together a scheme which would provide the client with additional business space as well as lettable units above. We also demonstrated the commercial advantages of the scheme.

The whole concept was eventually accepted by the local authority as an improvement in the city''s infrastructure.

Yelling House Extension and Barn Conversion

Listed Barn to be adapted and a modern extension to a Georgian House.

These clients had a strong idea of what was to be achieved. "Grand Designs" were what they had in mind. We developed the brief together and turned the dream into a reality.

The process involved prolonged discussions with the local conservation officer. In the end everyone felt that they had contributed to a ground-breaking scheme.
